we are still here

I am sorry to all our readers as we have been really busy still at the circa hq… charity nights, canape events, office parties still full steam from the farm kitchen.  we are updating our blog over the next few weeks so look out for some new menu dishes and a receipe for you to cook at home over the xmas period.  we are fully booked at Northease Manor for the summer time next year and Laughton Barns is nearly full… working with Broyle place for 2012 and bookings looking great for this amazing venue

Just wanted to email you to say a massive thank you to you and all at circa. It was the most wonderful day at Northease Manor, a day that we will never forget thanks to you. We felt so relax and so did all of our guest. you are so good at what you do. The food was so great we have had none stop complements about it so please thank your chefs for us. You had such a calming influence over me before the wedding started which made me enjoy it even more. It was so lovely meeting you and we are grateful for everything you did.

we are just back from a launch party for a Brighton based company. canapés and bubbly flowing followed by eight different canapés . Amazing product please check them out Blue Carbon. Brightons local Mp backing the scheme it reduces kWh consumption, electricity costs and carbon emissions by up to 23%, whilst delivering a shorter return on investment than other energy reduction technologies.

I can’t believe it is already a week since you looked after us so well! A huge thank-you from all of us for helping to make the week-end such a success.  Your staff were particularly professional and attentive so please thank them, especially Ashley (for sorting the electrics as well!) and Lisa.  The children were particularly impressed and I am very grateful that my little plan with the birthday cakes worked so well, thanks to them!  Lots of people have also commented about the canapes on Monday – the fish and chips were particularly popular!

I would be happy to recommend you to anyone else.
